SWIM-INFR-05a — General SWIM Services infrastructure Support and Connectivity.

Provision of the additional functionality needed by the individual Stakeholder to support their SWIM applications provision/consumption of General SWIM Service.
This enabler addresses the need for each stakeholder to provide the necessary additional functionality to address the messaging protocol, security, resilience, and other SWIM Profile related aspects for the provision/consumption/exchange of these general (i.e. not High Criticality) types of SWIM Services with other stakeholders, by means of Internet Protocol (IP) connectivity via in-common IP network(s).
