AERODROME-ATC-96 — Runway condition awareness management system based on braking action data reported by flight crew

Runway condition awareness management system that delivers runway conditions takes into account Braking Action, reported by the Flight Crew to the Tower Controller when landing condition were worst than announced, to compute and present runway information:
- to Airport Operator: for it as responsible of runway surface condition management to decide when treatment would be needed (to be coordinated with other stakeholders operating on the airport)
- to Tower Controller: for it to keep Flight Crews operating on the airport aware of runway surface condition
Runway condition awareness management system computes current runway condition for each third of each runway of the airport (using ICAO Global Reporting Format).
