SWIM-GOV-05a — Regulatory Provisions for SWIM roles and responsibilities (organisational requirements)
The EASA Rulemaking Task (RMT) will formalise into a European Rule those elements of SWIM governance deemed necessary in order to ensure a harmonised implementation of SWIM within Europe. As such, much of the SWIM governance developed during the SESAR programme will serve as input to the RMT.
