FCM Procedures are developed between stakeholders (ANSP, Airport, AU, NM, ...) to enable information sharing regarding hotspots and to enable hotspots resolution using CDM between concerned stakeholders. It refers to the preparation, coordination and implementation of short term ATFCM measures.
