Implement ground-ground flight data exchange between ATC units and Network Management systems through the use of Flight Object services. Ground/Ground IOP Management is upgraded for NM integration as specified in ED-133A for aspects such as the wider geographical and temporal scope of the NM/ATC flight object, inclusion of eventual flow management cluster data, extension of what-if flight objects, and adapted flight data management logic.
