Voice over IP (VoIP), based on ED137B VOL2:TELEPHONY, is deployed for ATM ground telephony between ATSUs to enable dynamic sectorisation. VoIP is a replacement of legacy Voice circuits as a number of European telecommunication service providers are phasing out legacy voice circuits
