MET Observer is responsible for regular observation of current weather situation at the airport and for dissemination of standard messages (METAR, SPECI) which include both automatically measured parameters (e.g. air temperature, relative humidity, pressure) and manually observed parameters (e.g. cloud coverage and height, prevailing visibility, significant phenomena). Note, that using IR and VIS Camera MET ObserverĀ“s manual observations are supported and eventually can be performed even from a remote location.
