AERODROME-ATC-07 — A-SMGCS incorporating the function that provides Conformance Monitoring Alerts for Controllers (CMAC) on the movement area
The A-SMGCS Safety Support Service incorporates the function CMAC for the detection of non-conformance to ATC instructions or procedures. This additional function is provided to support surface operations on the entire movement area. This detection of non-conformance to ATC instructions or procedures results from the system comparing programmed constraints and rules, the clearances and instructions which have been input by the ATCO and the mobile position from the A-SMGCS Surveillance Service. This additional function complements the existing Runway Monitoring and Conflict Alerting (RMCA) function.
