AOC-ATM-14 — Upgrade of WOC system to handle improved OAT flight plans
Upgrade WOC systems (military flight plan filing systems and/or mission preparation systems) to file and send the improved OAT Flight Plan and to receive and process the associated IFPS messages. The improved OAT Flight Plan is based on ICAO 2012 FPL. It may include an ARES and can support the management of a time constraint - TTO(ARES) - for military flights.
