Surface movement information processing enhancements to support Total Airport DCB and collaborative airport planning.
At regional airports (where Taxi-in and Taxi-out values don't change significantly and DMAN systems are not and will not be available in general terms), this tool could support collaborative procedures within the AOP, in particular between the Airport Operator and the TWR to improve efficiency of surface movements considering surface-in and surface-out in an integrated view.
