PRO-100 — FCM procedures to allocate, monitor and update 4D targets for ATFCM purposes
FCM Procedures are developed in collaboration with the ANSP to enable allocation and monitoring of 4D targets (including target times) for ATFCM purposes. Procedures will describe how 4D targets are updated and how they are monitored either by the NMf or the INAP function.
