Solution PJ.18-02b — Flight Object Interoperability (FO IOP)

Develop Flight Object (FO) interoperability (IOP) between ATC systems (G/G IOP) as well as on ATC-NM interoperability. ATC-ATC interoperability will consider seamless coordination, ecompassing as well more complex coordination dialogues implying negotiation between controllers across ACC boundaries.
