DCB-0103-C — Collaborative NOP fully performance driven

The Collaborative NOP is developed as one continuum starting at least one year before the day of operation. It will serve as a reference for the operational management of the Pan-European ATM network on a fully performance-driven basis, including KPIs to measure performance of the network for the previous period (year) to see how FABS, ANSPs or the Network Manager, for example, have performed.
