ER APP ATC 14 — Enhance Short Term Conflict Alert (STCA) to use Downlinked Aircraft Parameters

STCA is to be enhanced through the use of parameters downlinked via Mode-S (so called Downlinked Aircraft Parameters, or DAP). Current and frequently changing aircraft kinematic parameters shall be used to improve the short term prediction of aircraft manoeuvres. This will result in reduction of false alert rates for Short Term Conflict Alert (STCA).
