Improve the information process by developing the portal to disseminate the Network Operations Plan (NOP) and NOP updates to reach the wider audience. Tools to support a pan-European System for demand-capacity balancing (DCB), including interaction with the Network Operations Plan (NOP), using improved historical data and providing simulation tools for most Users and Service Providers.
