- Rationale
- This OI reflects Ground / Ground aspects in TBO. SDM-0214 seats and covers Coordination-free Transfer of Control through use of Shared Trajectory within TBO and extends the content to Network Management by proposing improved ATC-ATFCM procedures based on G/G data sharing among ATC centres and NM. Note that AUO and CM initially used to describe Trajectory Management operational improvements are replaced by Service Delivery Management considered more appropriate with the TBO transversal nature.
