The use of the eFPL- filed flight plan as defined by FF-ICE increment 1 will allow to align and improve accuracy of prediction of flight elapse times shared between NMF and the AU. Target time management in planning will be improved though a better planning of the departure time to meet the Target time and more flexibility given to the FOC to express his preference.
