Solution #56 — Enhanced ATFM Slot Swapping

Aircraft Operators' tactical priorities are introduced in a cooperative process with the CFMU through ATFM slot exchanges; the process for acceptable swaps have been improved to allow more flexibility to AUs.
The swapping of ATFM regulated flights that was already possible for flights of the same AU sharing the same Most Penalising Regulation has been extended to allow swapping between different AUs. It will be further extended to allow multi-swapping (up to 3 times) and substitution on cancellation. In addition a swap identification tool that filters the swappable flights for each subject flight and reduces the rejection rate will be implemented to improve the swap request process with NM.
