PRO-014 — Procedures harmonised at pan-European level for the management of the Improved OAT FPL (flight plan filing, validation, acceptance and distribution)
Standardized Military Procedures for flight plan filing are developed for a Pan-European application. This enabler covers procedures relative to the submission of the improved OAT FPL by the airspace user and the validation, acceptance and further distribution of the OAT FPL by the network level flight planning function.
