CM-0301 — Sector Team Operations Adapted to New Responsibilities in En-Route, 1Planning to 2Tactical Controllers team structure

New operating procedures are in place enabling the Planning Controller to provide support to 2 Tactical Controllers operating in different adjacent sectors. In this configuration, the Planning Controller assists in managing the workload of the Tactical Controllers, thus ensuring that potentially critical traffic situations and the associated workload are manageable for the Tactical Controllers at the time of occurrence.
